Creating a Windows7/8 Bootable USB Pendrive

If your DVD Drive isn't working or say is not in a mood to work,but you need to format or reinstall the operating system what to do then ?
Here's a simple walkthrough tutorial of creating a bootable USB Pendrive for Windows7 or Windows 8.

Requirement : Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool , 4GB USB Pendrive
