Recently Microsoft has officially announced that it is going to launch Windows 8 RTM version in the first week of August 2012 and Windows 8 Final version on October 26th 2012.
If you are planning to purchase a Windows 8 or Windows RT PC, you'll need to wait till October 2012. Windows 8 will be available in 109 languages across 231 markets worldwide.Steven Sinosfky had officially made this announcement at Microsoft's annual sales meeting. This launch date will apply to both upgrades or installs on a new PC.
