Get Google Now feature on any Android Device

The trick to get  Google Now feature in phones running any Android version, no matter is here now.
The XDA member SilentStormer has managed to come up with a solution that lets you use Google Now through voice recognition.
Just follow the below steps, and you will add the cool Google Now feature on your Android device.

  • First, download Voice Search for Google Now from Google Play Store and after installing that, don't launch the application.

  • Now open any root level file explorer such as ES File Explorer, Solid Explorer, Astro File Manager etc, and go to system/app folder on your Android.

  • Now rename the GoogleQuickSearchBox.apk to GoogleQuickSearchBox.bak

  • Now download Velvet-thes0o-5.apk file from here and rename the downloaded file to GoogleQuickSearchBox.apk

  • After that Move or copy the renamed APK file to the system/app folder, and make sure that the file permissions are set as RW-R-R.

  • Now Restart/Reboot your Android device

  • After rebooting your android device, hit the Voice Search app from within the app drawer, long press the search button on your device, or hit the mic icon on the dedicated Google Search widget and select Voice Search for Google Now from the dropdown, to launch Voice Search.
